I grew up with an athletic background in wrestling and baseball. I started CrossFit in 2014. After my first CrossFit open, I realized how much I loved the competitive side of CrossFit. I decided to get my CrossFit Level 1 Coaching certification in January 2017. I enjoy coaching because I’m able to help people reach their goals and prove to themselves that they are capable of anything they set their mind on.
