Booty boot-camp starts Friday June 2 and runs until Monday July 31 every Monday, Wednesday and Friday from 12:30-1:30. Free to all members, $75.00 per month for all non members. Focusing on exercises that strengthen and tone your entire body with minimal use of weights. You don’t always need a barbell to create a high intensity workout!
