CrossFit Wartown offers open gym on Monday’s, Wednesday’s, and Friday’s at 3PM and Saturdays at 10AM. Feel free to come in and workout at your own pace and your own program. A certified coach is available to help with any questions you might have. Our recommendation: Use Open Gym to come in and work on your technique and any exercise movements that you struggle with. This is the time to practice!
